The food is very good. The room is clean with ample complimentary products. The restaurant service is exceptional.

The reservation system is dreadful and frustrating from day 1 it was a bad start, The concierge can be most helpful or arrogant. The virtual map is of little help - paper maps unavailable.

The beach is awful. Reservation system for restaurants is extremely poor and frustrating and the hotel is only half full - at full capacity it would be an absolute nightmare. You have to book days in advance or else be prepared to eat late.

The hotel is in the beachfront location in the SKY Message area. And it's very close to the Japanese restaurant, playa del carmen for the afternoon and the beach and a number of pools.

The outdoor showers were a great touch. The beach was well-maintained with plenty of seating options, and the saltwater pool was fantastic. The 24-hour room service was convenient, and the staff was friendly and attentive. it was a wonderful stay.

The spa and restaurant incentives that were promised during the sales presentation turned out not to be free, but were instead charged at check-out.

the resort surpassed my expectations. karisma truly knows how to create a romantic atmosphere. loved the well-kept property, attentive staff, amazing food and drinks, and the perfect casita. the excursions and beach dinner were unforgettable. can't wait to return for another fabulous vacation!

The hotel is located in extremely beautiful surroundings and is right by the beach, making it a perfect location for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and service from the wait staff was top-notch. The breakfast included fresh custom omelettes at the Spot, and the endless sparkling wine was a delightful touch. The rooms with Jacuzzi baths as standard offered a touch of luxury and the view from the rooms was beautiful.
